Rates

The property is rented at the following rates. A one night refundable deposit is required to reserve the property on a nightly or weekly basis. Rentals of one month or longer require a $1,500 refundable deposit.

Sorry but no cats allowed and small dogs are allowed on a case by case basis. Dogs must be under 20 pounds and housebroken. In cases where dogs are accepted an additional $250 pet deposit will be required.
